Rally Video
The USA Para Archery Team (Para USAT) is part of USA Archery. Athletes on the para team have physical disabilities that affect the way they shoot archery. The disabilities may be congenital, they may be from traumatic injuries (such as car crashes), and several of the athletes have injuries received during military service. The members of this team are training to earn spots on the 2016 Paralympic Team.
Our Goal: To raise funds to send the entire Para USAT to the World Ranking Event in the Czech Republic.
How Much: We're hoping to raise $50,000 total.
When: The World Ranking Event is July 6-13, 2015
Why: This will be good international experience for the team as they prepare for the World Championships which will be in Germany in August. The World Championships is a qualifying event for the 2016 Paralympic Games, so this World Ranking Event is excellent practice for qualfying our spots for Rio 2016!
